All orders are final and cannot be canceled after twenty-four (24) hours of placing order. Orders are delivered credit card prepaid unless terms are requested and approved. Buyer has seven (7) working days from receiving goods to notify Herland Home of any damages, defects, or shortages. Product will be replaced after email receipt and photo inspection by Herland Home. No returns.
